Susan Refioglu - Osman Partner

EPS was originally set up in 2004 by Susan and her sisters. Over the years she has used her expertise in the letting fields to make the business the success it has become. Susan mainly deals with updating new legal requirements/ legislation for lettings.

Sharon Osman Partner

Sharon played a major role in EPS for well over the first 10 years. Her role included the complete running of our maintenance team. Dealing with tenants and landlords and exquisitely managing any issues that occurred. Sharon is always available for EPS.

Callum Yallop Property Manager

Callum is our youngest employee; he works closely with Hasan on the day to day running of the business. Callum has many great attributes that he has brought to EPS Services. He is polite, ambitious, enthusiastic and a very quick learner. He is now studying to become an ARLA Member.

Shermin Herting – Osman Accountant

Shem is the money person. She is in control of all our accounts, she is extremely hands on and very helpful. She has many years of experience in accounts and plays an integral part of EPS.
