All properties require a full and detailed schedule of conditions, fixtures and fittings and a full inventory list with photographic images. This is based on the new legislation of the T.D.S (Tenancy Deposit Scheme). All Deposit’s must be protected in a TDS scheme. Therefore a professional detailed Inventory is essential for all properties to protect the landlord. The charge for this will depend on the size and contents of the property.
This is the part most landlords don’t like to discuss. We are very happy to work with our landlords and if you wish to use your own contractors, we would be more than pleased to do so. However, for the landlord that prefers for us to do it all, so they do not need to worry about anything. Our Electrician, Plumber, Builder, Gardener, Handy man, Decorator, Cleaner and many other contractors, are all professional tradesman, they all carry the required qualifications and professional indemnity insurance. They are all experienced and have worked with EPS for many years. If you should require any of these services, we would always obtain a quote for you first.
